Kelcey provides outstanding expertise and hands-on representation to each of her clients. Recognized for her straightforward and accurate assessment of each property she represents, she meticulously addresses all aspects of preparing a home for the short term rental market, leveraging every opportunity to the benefit of the homeowners she works for. Kelcey’s approach is to make it so that each of her clients can enjoy their home while they’re there and profit off of the time they’re not… without worrying about day-to-day operations. She can handle 100% of communication with guests, cleaners and maintenance professionals, so much so that her homeowners can operate a successful short term rental without using any of the booking apps themselves.

Kelcey was born and raised in Hudson, N.Y., where she currently resides. She has 10 years’ experience in real estate brokerage and founded KORE in 2021 as way to combine her real estate industry knowledge with her life-long love of the Hudson Valley and passion for hospitality.
